Privacy notice for ListLinker
This notice explains what ListLinker keeps about you, why, and what you can ask us to do. Last updated 29 October 2026.
We keep what we need to run your account and orders. We do not sell personal data. Requests about your data go through your account page.
What we collect
When you register we hold your email address and the sign-in details you choose. Orders add the target URLs, keywords and content instructions you give us.
The balance page records top-ups, payments and invoices. Browsing the guides, our servers log the address, browser type and pages requested, which we use to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for anything we do not need. Reviews, profile logins and customer lists are never required to buy a link.
Why we use it
Account and order data lets us deliver placements and show their status. Payment records exist so we can issue invoices and answer disputes.
Server logs help us spot abuse and fix errors. Anonymous totals of visits tell us which guides are read and which are not.
We use your data to run the contract with you, to keep the service safe, and for anything else only where we ask for your consent.
Who else sees it
Publishing a placement means the donor site receives your target URL and the article, because that is the job. It does not receive your email address.
Infrastructure and payment providers handle data on our behalf and only for the purpose of running the service. We disclose information when the law requires it.
We never hand your details to advertisers.
How long we keep it and your choices
Account and order records stay as long as we need them to run the service, issue invoices and handle disputes. Server logs are kept only for as long as they are useful.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data through your account page. We cannot promise a particular timeframe, but we will deal with each request.
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the data authority where you live. Cookies are used only for sign-in and basic site function.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data in a way that matters, we will update the date above. Please check this page from time to time.
